Our Terms And Conditions
- A deposit is necessary to reserve the time and resources for the specific date and time slot. Appointments are secured when both the deposit and signed contract are received. Please return both as soon as possible in order to secure the date. The deposit is non-refundable. The client acknowledges that the deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the appointment and services. The deposit amount shall be deducted from the total fee.
- The artist will adhere to proper hygiene practices, including washing hands, using hand sanitizers, and wearing clean and sanitized attire during the provision of services.
- All photos and videos taken by HennaByNoor during the provision of services to the client may be used for promotional purposes on all of HennaByNoor's social media platforms. The client agrees to allow HennaByNoor to use these photos and videos for promotional purposes, and the client acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation for the use of these materials.
- The client further acknowledges that the use of these materials will not infringe upon any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
- All terms and conditions stated above and written in personal correspondence with the client (via email/text) will apply, with or without a contract unless the written contract states otherwise.
- The artist will keep all client information confidential, including but not limited to personal details, preferences, and event details unless required by law.
- Amendments and Termination: HennaByNoor reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will apply to all future bookings.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
